Ingredients

Scale

For the Mac & Cheese:

  • 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickles, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup burger sauce or ranch (optional)

Instructions

tep 1: Make the Mac & Cheese

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Add cheese: Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

  1. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season & flavor: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Layer the ingredients: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of mac and cheese, followed by some ground beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar. Add pickles or sauce if using.
  2. Wrap it up: Fold in the sides, then roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.

Step 4: Toast the Wraps

  1. Grill the wrap: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Slice & serve: Cut in half and enjoy warm!

Notes

  • Make it spicier: Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Lighter option: Use ground turkey and whole wheat tortillas.
  • Meal prep: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet.
