These Bagel Breakfast Sliders are a perfect combination of fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey melted cheese, all sandwiched between soft mini bagels. They’re ideal for busy mornings, brunches, or as a crowd-pleasing breakfast option. Easy to make and incredibly satisfying!

  • 12 mini bagels (sliced)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 slices of bacon (cooked and crispy)
  • 12 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, cream cheese, or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Lay the bottom halves of the mini bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and another slice of cheese. Place the bagel tops on.
  4. Bake: Brush the tops of the bagels with melted butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm. Add optional toppings if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute bacon with sausage patties or turkey bacon for a variation.
  • Use your favorite cheese, such as mozzarella or pepper jack, for a different flavor profile.
  • Sliders can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning.
