Champagne grapes, also known as Black Corinth grapes, are tiny, seedless, and packed with natural sweetness. These delicate fruits are perfect for snacking, garnishing, or adding to desserts and salads. Their small size and intense flavor make them a delightful addition to any dish, bringing elegance and a burst of natural sweetness. Despite their name, they are not used in making Champagne but are cherished for their unique culinary uses.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad:

  2. Make the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.

    • Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve:
    • Divide the salad into serving bowls and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan alternative, substitute goat cheese with vegan cheese or omit it. Replace honey with agave syrup.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a protein boost.
