This fun and delicious dessert combines the sweetness of chocolate with the crunch of your favorite candies, all served on a cookie-like crust. Perfect for parties, birthdays, or a treat-yourself evening, it’s a customizable and creative way to enjoy a sweet “pizza.”

Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the toppings:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms or similar candies
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a medium bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
    • Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
    • Press the dough into a lightly greased 9-inch round pizza pan, spreading it evenly to form a “crust.”
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Make the chocolate “sauce”:
    • In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and melted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the pizza:
    • Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
    • Top with mini marshmallows, candies, pretzels, and sprinkles (or your desired toppings).
  4. Set and serve:
    • Place the pizza in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set the toppings.
    • Slice into wedges and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite candies or nuts.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Swap the cookie crust for a brownie base for an extra chocolaty treat.
