Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
    In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and thick.
  2. Assemble the Pretzel Sandwiches:
    Spread about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto a pretzel. Place another pretzel on top to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining pretzels and peanut butter mixture.
  3. Melt the Chocolate:
    Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Dip the Pretzel Sandwiches:
    Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Tap off any excess chocolate and place the candies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Add the Finishing Touch:
    Sprinkle the top of each candy with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.
