This vibrant Christmas Punch blends cranberry, orange, and pomegranate juices with lemon-lime soda, garnished with fresh fruits and rosemary. It’s perfect for holiday celebrations and can be easily adapted to include your choice of spirits for an alcoholic version.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite or 7Up), chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Optional (for alcoholic version):

  • 1 cup white rum, vodka, or sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the orange slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir well to combine.
  3. If preparing the alcoholic version, add 1 cup of your chosen spirit and stir to mix.
  4. Just before serving, add the chilled lemon-lime soda to the mixture.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary and additional fruit slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the alcohol and consider adding extra lemon-lime soda or ginger ale for added fizz.
  • To keep the punch cold without diluting it, use frozen cranberries as ice cubes.
