Ingredients

Scale

For the Coconut Dome:

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Spread Filling:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread (Nutella or any preferred brand)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

For Decoration:

  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • Extra shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients form a sticky dough-like consistency.
  2. Shape the Domes:
    • Divide the coconut mixture into small portions and press each into a dome-shaped mold or a rounded measuring spoon. Make a small indent in the center of each dome for the filling. Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Make the Chocolate Filling:
    • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate spread and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and well combined. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Fill the Domes:
    • Remove the chilled coconut domes from the refrigerator and carefully spoon the chocolate mixture into the indent of each dome. Smooth the tops and return them to the refrigerator to set for another 30 minutes.
  5. Decorate:
    • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the domes and sprinkle extra shredded coconut, if desired. Allow the decoration to set.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy the combination of creamy chocolate and tropical coconut!

Notes

  • Use unsweetened shredded coconut if you prefer a less sweet dessert.
