Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Make the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:

    • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Apple Mixture:

    • In another bowl, toss the chopped apples with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until well coated. Set aside.
