  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 5 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  3. Spread an even layer of the creamy mixture over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla into a log.
  5. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and enjoy!
