This Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with antioxidants! Made with frozen dragon fruit (pitaya), banana, and a splash of coconut milk, it’s a tropical treat that’s easy to make and fun to customize with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango (or pineapple)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Sliced banana
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Honey or agave drizzle

Instructions

In a blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, banana, mango, and coconut milk.

Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. If it’s too thick, add a splash more coconut milk.

Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is needed.

Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.

Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie bowl, use less liquid.

Use a high-powered blender to get a creamy texture.

Swap mango for pineapple for a different tropical flavor.

Can be made vegan by omitting honey or using agave.
