These no-bake chocolate balls are a delightful treat made with crushed biscuits, cocoa, and sweetened condensed milk, then rolled in desiccated coconut. They’re quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (approximately 200g) of Marie biscuits or similar plain cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and cocoa powder.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Using your hands, roll small portions of the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Roll each ball in additional desiccated coconut to coat.
  • Place the chocolate balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in a splash of vanilla extract or a tablespoon of rum.
