Garlic Ritz Snacks are a quick and flavorful treat, perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime snacking. This recipe combines the buttery crunch of Ritz crackers with a savory garlic topping, baked to perfection for a crispy, irresistible bite.

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Add salt if desired.
  3. Coat the Crackers: Lay the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each cracker.
  4. Add Cheese (Optional): If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the crackers after brushing with butter.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp.
  6. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
