Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the softened butter until creamy and fluffy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using). Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Taste the butter and adjust sweetness or cinnamon to your preference.
  4. Transfer the cinnamon butter to a jar or an airtight container.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let it soften at room temperature before using.

Notes

  • This butter can also be made with salted butter; just omit the pinch of salt.
