Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Add Flavorings: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and cherry juice (if using). Mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in Cherries: Gently fold the chopped cherries into the fudge mixture. Ensure they’re evenly distributed.
  • Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  • Cut and Serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
