For the Crust:
24 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or whipped heavy cream
For the Chocolate Ganache:
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
Toppings (Optional):
Mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Chocolate shavings
Drizzle of melted peanut butter
Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan and chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
