This creamy and dreamy Pink Hot Chocolate is a sweet, colorful twist on the classic drink! Perfect for cozy nights, Valentine’s Day, or any time you want to add a little magic to your cup. Made with white chocolate and a hint of food coloring, it’s as fun to make as it is to sip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 drops pink food coloring (adjust for desired shade)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and pink food coloring. Mix until fully combined and the color is even.
  4. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk and skip the heavy cream.
  • Adjust the sweetness by using more or less white chocolate to taste.
  • Experiment with other colors for fun variations!
