This easy Pistachio Cranberry Bark is a festive treat combining creamy white chocolate with the crunch of pistachios and the tartness of dried cranberries. Perfect for the holidays or as a quick and delicious homemade gift, this recipe is simple yet impressive!

  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
  • Sprinkle the pistachios and dried cranberries evenly over the melted chocolate. Gently press them down so they adhere.
  • If using, sprinkle a light layer of sea salt over the top.
  • Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve or package as gifts.
