Enjoy a quick and easy snack that brings the flavors of pizza into bite-sized, crispy chips. Perfect for parties, after-school snacks, or a low-carb treat! These pizza chips are cheesy, savory, and loaded with classic pizza seasonings.

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped regular pepperoni)
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper and flatten it slightly into a small circle. Repeat for the remaining mixture, leaving space between each chip.
  • Top each chip with a few mini pepperoni slices.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Allow the chips to cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to crisp up further.
  • Serve warm or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
