Ingredients

Scale

2 oz tequila (silver or reposado)

1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier)

1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

¾ oz raspberry syrup (or simple syrup)

¼ cup fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)

½ oz agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Ice (for shaking or blending)

Salt or sugar (for rimming the glass)

Lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass.
  2. Dip the rim into salt or sugar (your choice) and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Margarita

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries with lime juice and raspberry syrup until smooth.
  2. Add tequila, orange liqueur, and ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a prepared glass filled with ice.

(For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.)

Step 3: Garnish & Serve

  2. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Raspberry Syrup Substitute: Use a mix of simple syrup and extra raspberries.

Frozen Version: Blend everything with a cup of ice for a slushy texture.

Make it a Pitcher: Multiply the ingredients by 4 for a large batch.
