A playful twist on the classic s’mores, this recipe rolls marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate into a sushi-like dessert. Perfect for parties, kids, or just a unique sweet treat, S’mores Sushi is as fun to make as it is to eat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Base:

    • 6 large marshmallows
    • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • Filling:

    • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (melted)
    • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Toppings:

    • 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the marshmallows by heating them for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
    • Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the melted marshmallows and mix until fully combined.
  2. Form the Sushi Base:

    • Spread the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper, pressing it into a thin, even rectangle.
  3. Add the Filling:

    • Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface of the Rice Krispies base.
    • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the chocolate layer.
  4. Roll it Up:

    • Using the parchment paper to help, roll the Rice Krispies base into a tight log, sushi-style. Seal the edges.
    • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.
  5. Slice and Decorate:

    • Remove the log from the refrigerator and slice it into 1-inch rounds to resemble sushi pieces.
    • Top each piece with mini marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Arrange the S’mores Sushi on a platter and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use white chocolate or dark chocolate for variety.
  • Add crushed nuts or sprinkles for an extra twist.
