Snowman Oreo Balls are delightful no-bake treats that combine the rich flavor of Oreo cookies with cream cheese, all coated in white chocolate and decorated to resemble charming snowmen. They’re perfect for holiday gatherings and fun to make with family and friends.

  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 10 to 12 ounces white baking chips or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 15 mini Oreo cookies
  • 30 Rolo candies, unwrapped
  • Assorted sprinkles for eyes, nose, and mouth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
    • In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
    • Cover the mixture and refrigerate until firm enough to shape, about 1 hour.
  2. Shape the Balls:
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
    • Freeze the balls for several hours or overnight until firm.
  3. Coat with Chocolate:
    • Melt the white baking chips or white chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
    • Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
    • Place the coated balls back onto the waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Decorate the Snowmen:
    • Disassemble the mini Oreo cookies, removing and discarding the filling.
    • Attach a mini Oreo half to the top of each coated ball using a dab of melted white chocolate to create the base of the hat.
    • Place a Rolo candy on top of the mini Oreo half, securing it with melted white chocolate to complete the hat.
    • Use sprinkles to create eyes, a nose, and a mouth on each snowman.
  5. Set and Serve:
    • Allow the decorated Oreo balls to stand until the chocolate is set.
    • Store in covered containers in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
