These rich and fudgy brownie truffles are the ultimate no-bake treat! Made with crumbled brownies and dipped in chocolate, they’re perfect for any occasion. Customize them with your favorite toppings like sprinkles, crushed nuts, or a drizzle of white chocolate for an elegant touch. Simple to make yet irresistibly indulgent!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required to prepare the brownies as directed)
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, or melted white chocolate

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownies:
Bake the brownies according to the package instructions. Let them cool completely.
  • Crumble the Brownies:
Once the brownies are cooled, crumble them into a large bowl until they resemble fine crumbs.
  • Mix with Frosting:
Add the chocolate frosting to the crumbled brownies and mix thoroughly until the mixture is soft and holds together when pressed.
  • Form the Truffles:
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the Truffles:
Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  • Coat the Truffles:
Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer, ensuring it’s completely coated. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment paper.
  • Decorate (Optional):
While the coating is still wet, add sprinkles or crushed nuts. For a more elegant touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top once the coating has hardened.
  • Set and Serve:
Allow the truffles to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • You can use homemade brownies instead of a boxed mix for a more personal touch.
