These festive and fun Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops are an easy treat that’s perfect for gifting or sharing. Made with classic Oreos, melted chocolate, and sprinkles, they’re a delicious way to spread love this holiday!

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreos (approximately 36 cookies)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 cup pink or red candy melts
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 36 lollipop sticks
  • Assorted Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreos: Carefully twist each Oreo to separate the cookies. Place a lollipop stick in the filling, adding a small dollop of melted chocolate to help secure the stick. Replace the top of the cookie and press gently. Let set for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In separate bowls, melt the white chocolate, candy melts, and milk or dark chocolate in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  3. Dip the Pops: Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Tap off excess chocolate and place the pop on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the Oreo pops with assorted Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
  5. Set: Allow the pops to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Serve or Package: Once set, the Oreo pops are ready to serve, or you can package them in treat bags tied with ribbons for gifting.
