  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 pear, cored and diced

  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest to create the dressing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pomegranate seeds, orange segments, kiwi slices, apple, pear, and grapes.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruits.
  4. Gently toss until all the fruits are evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the salad with your favorite seasonal fruits, such as persimmons or cranberries.
